Our farm is located at the foot of Mount Dreisessel. We offer you four cozy, comfortable, child-friendly holiday flats, ideal for your stressless family holidays. In our ample garden, you can bake your own pizza in our wood stone oven and in the evening, enjoy your BBQ in our cozy loggia. You must taste our self-made honey on warm, self-baked bread from the wood stone oven!
We always take the time for our guests and we have lots of playing areas for the children on the farm. Even our cats are looking forward to being petted. At our farm, there are lots of things to discover and there are also many adventurous leisure time activities in our region.

Of course you can bring your well-behaved dog. After prior agreement, dogs are welcome in the flats “Plöckenstein” and “Dreisessel”. Hiking trails start directly at our doorstep. We glady provide you with information on dog-friendly leisure time activities.

Our farmhouse Spannbauer is situated in the Mount Dreisessel region, directly at the Adalbert-Stifter-Trail. The trail is ideal for cycling and hiking and for cross-country skiing in winter. Enjoy your outdoor adventure holidays!   
In and around the house, there are many cozy getaway places to relax and daydream and for the children, there is always a cat to pet. The great dose of fresh air whets your appetite for an outdoor picnic, for new friends, exciting playing areas or a good book.
Spa treatments can be booked on the neighboring Strickerhof.
